Can I start on a free trial and upgrade later?
Yes. Starter gives you 90 days to explore SyncIQ at no cost — no sign-up fee, no card required. You can upgrade to a paid membership at any time during or after the trial, and your data and history carry across.
What are paid mentor sessions?
Paid mentor sessions are booked separately from your subscription. When the Featured Mentor programme opens, mentors will set their own rates above a A$200 floor, with no ceiling. SyncIQ retains 12.5% of each session. Payment processing costs come out of our share, never yours — the price you see is the price you pay.
How do corporate seat licences work?
Each seat is one individual user on the platform. Seats are allocated by your organisation administrator. Each seat holder gets full individual platform access within their plan tier.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Is there a minimum contract for corporate plans?
Monthly plans have no minimum contract. Annual plans are paid upfront. Enterprise plans have custom terms negotiated directly.
