10-participant threshold
Organisations only see aggregated insights once a minimum of 10 participants are in a cohort.
Australian data residency
All personal data stored in Australia. Privacy Act 1988 compliant. No cross-border transfers without consent.

Can I start on a free plan and upgrade later?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Upgrade to any paid plan at any time — your data and history carry across.
What are paid mentor sessions?
Paid mentor sessions are booked separately from your subscription. Verified mentors set their own rates above a A$50 minimum. SyncIQ retains a 10% platform fee plus Stripe processing costs.
How do corporate seat licences work?
Each seat is one individual user on the platform. Seats are allocated by your organisation administrator. Each seat holder gets full individual platform access within their plan tier.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings at any time. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Is there a minimum contract for corporate plans?
Monthly plans have no minimum contract. Annual plans are paid upfront. Enterprise plans have custom terms negotiated directly.
Do you offer pilots for organisations?
Yes. We're currently onboarding early pilot partners. Get in touch directly to discuss what a pilot could look like for your organisation.
